The concept is simple, we go on a run and end at a bar.  We cater to all fitness levels, no one needs to be an ironman/woman.  We'll go on a run, around 4 miles give or take, and meet at a different bar each time.  It's a great way to get out and experience the best of DC and meet some good people.  If you enjoy being fit while having a good time and like to socialize with new people stop by for a meetup.
